Pricing questions
How does the free trial work?
You get full access to every feature for 2 weeks at no cost. A credit card is required at signup, but you won’t be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime during the trial and pay nothing.
What happens after the introductory rate?
For the first 3 months, you pay $15/month per child. After that, the regular rate of $20/month applies. Additional children on the same account are always $15/month.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, no questions asked. Cancel from your dashboard or billing portal. You keep access until the end of your billing period. There are no cancellation fees or long-term contracts.
What subjects are available?
We currently cover Math, Science, English, French, Social Studies, History, Geography, Business Studies, Accounting, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, and more — all aligned to the Ontario, California, and Texas curricula. IB-aligned content is also available.
Is my child’s data safe?
Absolutely. We’re fully compliant with COPPA and PIPEDA — the strictest child privacy laws in North America. All data is encrypted, we never sell your data to anyone, and there are zero ads on the platform. Parents have full control over their child’s account.
What grades do you support?
Skolvio supports students in Grades 4 through 12. The AI tutor automatically adapts its teaching style — warm and playful for younger students, more mentor-like for high schoolers.
Can siblings share an account?
Yes! You can add multiple children under one parent account. Each child gets their own personalized tutor, progress tracking, and curriculum. Additional children are $15/month each.
